01. Sr. Shift Charge Engineers – 05 Nos.
B.E. Civil/Mechanical/Sanitary with minimum 07 years of experience in operation of pumping/hydro power plants or equivalent. He shall also work for other operators for least 7 years of recent operational experience in responsible supervisory position relevant to his job. Shall be responsible for Supervision of operation and troubleshooting of process equipments such as Boilers, Evaporators, Compressors and other Auxiliary equipments during the shift. Ensure smooth operation of the plant through DCS Control, execute plant start up and shutdown whenever needed, ability to deal with emergency situation and other work related.
02. Shift Charge Engineers – 05 Nos.
B.E. Civil/Sanitary/Mechanical with minimum of 07 years of experience in operation of pumping / hydro power plants or equivalent. He shall also work of other operators for least 7 years of his recent operational experience in responsible supervisory position relevant to his job. Responsible for Supervision of operation and trouble shooting of process equipments such as Boilers, Evaporators, Compressors and other Auxiliary Equipments during the Shift. Ensure smooth operation of the plant through DCS Control System., execute plant startup and shutdown whenever needed, ability to deal with emergency situation and other related work assigned by his Supervisor.
03. O & M Engineers/Supervisors – 05 Nos.
B.E (Instrumentation) with minimum 12 years experience in operation and maintenance of gas plant,gas pipe line and gas station. Shall have at least seven (07) years recent experience in instrumentation software and field maintenance related activities of gas station or system employing similar type of heavy and complicated gas station operation and instruments and with 03 years experience in charge of crew performing this type of maintenance . He should have through maintenance knowledge of DCS/PLC system and trouble shooting of software instrumentation and control. Shall be a graduate in instrumentation from and accredited university and should be familiar in use of SAP system as applicable to maintenance activities. Shall have knowledge in control loop design, installation, trouble, operation, maintenance and repair of all type of electrical and pneumatic instruments used for natural gas plants. He should well conversant with trouble shooting and repair of sophisticated gas related equipments. Consisting of pressure regulating values, flow control valves, pressure and flow transmitters, trouble shooting and rectification skill.
04. Plant Engineers, RO – 05 Nos.
B.E. Civil/Mechanical/Sanitary/Chemical with minimum 05 years of experience in operation/production/process facility specially in Chemical/Industrial Water utilities or similar. Shall be responsible for preparing Chemicals required for Treatment of Water from Desalination Plants, Operation of Lime & Carbon dioxide Plants, Dosing pumps; Ensuring proper dosing of Chemicals to Product Water as per given standard and other related work assigned by Supervisor.
05. Process Engineers – 10 Nos.
B.E. Biological/Chemical with minimum 7 years of experience with at least 5 years of recent experience in Biological/Chemical Waste Water treatment process as well as in bioreactors system. Shall be responsible for the process of biggest Sanitary & Industrial & waste water treatment plant connected with the network having 52 pump stations and 216 lift stations.
06. Network Operators – 03 Nos.
B.E. Mechanical with minimum 07 years of experience with at least 5 years of his recent operational experience in responsible supervisory position relevant to his job in sanitary and industrial wastewater treatment plants. Shall be responsible for the biggest Sanitary & Industrial & wastewater treatment plant and sanitary waste water treatment plant connected with the network having 52 pump stations and 216 lift stations.
07. Control Room Operators -05 Nos.
Technical School Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering with minimum ten (10) years experience in DCS/PLC operation in similar position in Chemical Process Industries. Priority shall be given to those with who have worked as Control Room Operator in Power Plant and/or Desalination Plants in the Kingdom or other Gulf Estates and ability to coordinate and detect operation works with local and auxiliary equipment operators is essential.
Shall be responsible for operation of the desalination plant through DCS / PLC Control room, maintain Shift Log Book and assist to Shift Charge Engineers for all other operational activities during the Shift and other related work assigned by his Supervisor.
08. Senior Operators – 05 Nos.
Three years Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering with 5 years operation experience in Potable water production plant or other similar type of plants and processes and should be able to understand and speak, read and Write English. Shall be responsible for operation of Electrical/Mechanical Equipments inside the Pumping Stations such as Pumps, Chlorinators, Evaporators, Valves etc. Carry out physical analysis of Water and other related work assigned by his Supervisor.
09. H.V. Electrical Engineers – 07 Nos.
B.E. Electrical with minimum of 07 Years experience in electrical distribution related to maintenance of pump / hydro power the work of other operators for least 5 years of his recent operational experience in responsible supervisory position relevant to his job in the field plants & GT generators. Shall be In ‐charge of whole electrical power generation and distribution system and its protection system. Supervise and instruct the distribution system operator to operate the equipments with utmost safety & care and keep the system balanced between incoming & outgoing supply.
10. Control Room Operators – 25 Nos.
Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation with minimum 05 years of work experience. Should have worked for at least 02 years in a modem control room of a process industry with computerized systems. Shall be responsible for operation of the desalination plant through DCS / PLC Control room, maintaining Shift Log Book and assist to Shift Charge Engineers for all other operational activities during the Shift and other related work assigned by his Supervisor.
11. Network Operators – 40 Nos.
Three (03) years Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering. with 5 years operation experience in waste water distribution network or other similar type of plants and processes. Should be able to understand and speak read and Write English. Shall be responsible for smooth operation of lift station at Network facilities in Community Area and maintaining the study coordination with the Control Desk in case of blockage and pipe breakage.
12. Safety Inspectors -03 Nos.
Three (3) years Diploma Holder in Mech./Civil Engineering plus Diploma in Industrial Safety with minimum 05 years experience in operation / production / process facility specially in Chemical /Industrial Water Utilities or similar. Shall be responsible for supervising & coordinating the work of safety in the Project. Plan & conduct Safety Training Program to all employees; Visiting the work site and ensure that Safety procedures are enforced; Maintaining accident records systems, investigating the cause of accident & reporting suggestions to the Management from re‐occurring the same incidents and other related work assigned by his Supervisor.
13. Plant Operators – 30 Nos.
Diploma Holder in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 05 years of experience in actual operation experience in water treatment and Chemical conditioning plant or other similar type of plants and processes. Previous experience in a Middle East or similar environment is essential. Responsible for process monitoring and equipment operation of Biological Treatment Plant, Tertiary Filtration, Efficient Pump House, Chlorine Plant. Sludge Dewatering Lagoon Pump Station as per the location allotment of the day. Plants, Dosing Pumps.
14. Plant Operators (Chlorin) – 25 Nos.
Diploma (3 years) in Electrical / Mechanical with minimum 05 years of experience in on‐shore pumping/hydro power plant. Shall be responsible for operating and monitoring chlorination plant, chlorination pump house, fire and potable water systems and rectifiers; Operating Sodium Hypochlorite distribution for continuous dosing or shock dosing as per requirement; Taking hourly readings for different parameters; Reporting and logs any abnormality or defect to the Shift Charge Engineer; Taking emergency action to start emergency fire Pumps in case of failure of main Pumps; Doing flushing and acid cleaning of cell banks with the acid in co‐ordination with Maintenance People.
15. System Inspectors -15 Nos.
Diploma (3 years) in Mechanical /Civil with minimum 05 years of experience in similar job. Shall be responsible for touring the complete length of all canals during his shift; Recording water levels in all canal drainage manholes; Inspecting canal embankments for sign of dampness; Checking the integrity of the security fence and ensuring all gates are locked; Inspecting off take / Return structure for leakage from bulkheads and closed sluice gates; Checking flow meter chambers for leakage; Coordinating between industry and Shift Charge Engineer for isolation or de‐isolation of LIR permits; Reporting any abnormalities or dangerous conditions immediately by radio; Reporting to Shift Charge Engineer at the end of each shift with logbook and log sheets for checking & Checking outstations and reports abnormal conditions.
16. Pump Station Operators – 15 Nos.
Three (03) years diploma holder in Mechanical/Electrical with minimum 05years experience in on‐shore pumping/hydro power plant. Shall be responsible for measuring levels in the Supply and /or Supply/Return compartment hourly and maintaining required levels as directed by Shift Charge Engineer; Starting and stopping Main Seawater Pumps from the local control panel according to proper procedure and plan; Operating Bearing Cooling Pump and changes duty pump; Ensuring Drum Screens are operated; Operating wash water pumps, Maintaining log sheets; Reporting any defects to Shift Charge Engineer & Ensuring that operating parameters of pumps are recorded during operation.
17. Plant Operators – 50 Nos.
Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering with minimum of 05 years actual operation experience in water treatment and Chemical conditioning plant or other similar type of plants and processes. Previous experience in a Middle East or similar environment is essential. Responsible for process monitoring and equipment operation of Biological Treatment Plant, Tertiary Filtration, Efficient Pump House, Chlorine Plant. Sludge De watering Lagoon Pump Station as per the location allotment of the day. Plants, Dosing Pumps.
18. Distribution System Operators – 15 Nos.
Three (3) years diploma holder in Electrical with minimum 05 years of experience in pumping/hydro power plant or similar type of heavy industries. Shall Work under the guidance of Electrical Engineer and be situated in Main Electrical Sub Station. Shall be responsible for Operating the Elect. Sub Station breakers and Bus‐Couplers as and when required; Checking and ensuring Electrical fault indications are recorded and reported to Elect. Engineer; Monitoring all Electrical parameters and maintaining log sheets and log books; In absence of Elect. Engineer taking initiative in emergency situation; Checking all transformers, Battery charging units, Bulk Storage tanks, Chlorination pump house and Gas Turbine Panels at EEB.
19. Pump Station Operators – 15 Nos.
Three (3) years Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering with 5 years operation experience in Potable water production plant or other similar type of plants and processes and should be able to understand and speak, read and Write English. Shall be responsible for operation of Electrical / Mechanical Equipments inside the Pumping Stations such as Pumps, Chlorinators, Evaporators, Valves etc. Carry out physical analysis of Water and other related work assigned by his Supervisor.

B.E. with minimum 05 years of work experience in relevant field. Must possess minimum 05 years of his recent experience in responsible Supervisory position relevant to job assignment and experience in the Operation of Desalination projects, Reverse osmosis plants or system employing different types of sophisticated equipment, facilities and instruments. He shall have demonstrated high level of reliability to deal with emergency situations. Must be proficient in English.
Shall be responsible for Supervision of operation of Reverse Osmosis Water treatment plant through SCS Control room; Maintaining Shift Log Book and control assist to Supervisor for all other operational activities during the shift and other related work assigned by the Supervisor.
23. Electrical/Instrument Supervisors/Foremen – 05 Nos.
Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance of instrumentation and control system in gas plants. At least 03 years of his experience shall have been in the field of repairs and maintenance in the relevant field. Should be fluent in written and spoken English. Must possess good knowledge of process instrumentation and control system. Including control valves, alarms, flow meters, SCADA, PLC, etc in gas plant/stations.
24. Sr/Tech Electrical – 07 Nos.
B.E. (Electronics) with minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance of Electrical Technician in gas plants. At least 03 years of experience should be in the field of repairs and maintenance in the relevant field. Should be fluent in written and spoken English. Must possess good knowledge of Electrical & Electronics and control system. Including control valves, alarms, flow meters, SCADA, PLC, etc in gas plant/stations.
25. Mechanical Sr/Foremen – 05 Nos.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 05 years of experience in mechanical maintenance of equipment’s in gas. At least three 03 years of experience should be in the field repairs, maintenance servicing and overhaul. Should have the experience in Maintenance of mechanical and electro‐mechanical equipment and system, conversant with usage of measuring and testing instruments in gas plant/stations. Must possess good konwledge in Maintenance of mechanical and electro‐mechanical equipment and system conversant with usage of measuring and testing and testing instruments in gas plant/stations.
26. Sr/Tech Mechanical -05 Nos.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum experience of 10 years in mechanical maintenance of equipment’s in gas. At least 03 years of his experience should be in the field repairs, maintenance servicing and overhaul. Shall be fluent in written and spoken English. Must possess konwledge in Maintenance of mechanical and electro‐mechanical equipment and system conversant with usage of measuring and testing and testing instruments in gas plant/stations.
27. Senior Operators – 15 Nos.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in operation of gas plants or similar to those in lager utility company or should have experience in lager petrochemical/refinery. Should be fluent in written and spoken English. Must be well conversant with operation procedures. Consisting of pressure regulating values, flow control valves, pressure and flow transmitters, trouble shooting and rectification skills in gas plant/stations.
28. Secretaries – 02 Nos.
Bachelors in any discipline with minimum 03 years of work experience in operation of Office Equipment. Should be well versed with computer knowledge including word Processing, MS‐Office, Excel and Office routine work desirable. Shall be Responsible for monitoring 24 Hrs; Telemetry Information & Parameters in all concern Stations and Data entries to prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Reports and Monthly Plans for Operations; Preparing Mass Balance reports on supply & demand in the Transmission Line and Main Pumping Stations and other related work assigned by his Supervisor.
29. H.E. Operators (Transport) – 07 Nos.
Graduate or equivalent with minimum 03 years of experience in operation of heavy equipment. Must be capable of performing minor maintenance for the equipment he is operating. All equipment drivers shall have valid Saudi Arabian Driver license to operate the heavy equipment and the type of vehicle which is required to transport the heavy equipment. Basic knowledge in English and Arabic desirable. Shall be responsible for Undertaking Equipment Which Is in Using of Sewerage Networking Section; Obeying to Engineer or Consulting Operator With the Help of Labor; Repeating of Work How Many Time Taking or Caring Submit or Informed to Foreman or Operator, Inform Any Abnormalities As Sudden Problem in the Side Coordinate With Labor and Operator.
30. Networking Engineers – 03 Nos.
B.E. Mechanical with minimum experience of 07 Years, atleast 5 years of his recent operational experience in responsible supervisory position relevant to his job in sanitary and industrial wastewater treatment plants. Shall have secondary school/high school certificate/diploma, having experience in this field of electrical‐instrument related areas 3 to 5 years experience in this field of electrical wiring, cable drawing, H.V/LV electrical systems knowledge of power supply, testing usage of apparels etc. candidate should have good physical and able to take heavy assignment.
33. H.E. Operators – 12 Nos.
