Our client SAUDI BINLADIN GROUP requires following personnel URGENTLY for their project in Saudi Arabia
01. Solution Architects – 12 Nos.
A minimum of 10 years of work experience with Bachelors Degree in a technical area, such as engineering, math, computer science, knowledge of international program & project Management standards methods. Shall be responsible for the Blue Print design of over all business, including Applications, processes, organizational design, procedures, facilities, Assist & Support the production of program Briefs, Blue Prints, Program definition documents.
02. Technical Operation Service Management Personnel – 35 nos.
03. Program Managers - 12 Nos.
A minimum 0f 10 years of experience with Bachelors degree in a technical area, such as engineering, math computer science. Knowledge of international program & Project management standard methods. Must be familiar with OGC’s MSP Methodology to ” Practitioner level”. Shall be responsible for performing Program Manager Responsibilities, including managing & reporting on the program, monitoring Projects, and mentoring project & Program resources, contributing to PMO’s reporting on programs & Projects.
04. Business Change Managers – 12 Nos.
Must have experience of the OGC’s managing Successful Projects (MSP) Methodology, a min, of Bachelors degree in a technical area such as engineering, math computer science. Knowledge of international program management standard, such as PMI’s program Management standard and methods is essential. Arabic Language is essential. 10 years of experience is must.
05. Program Office Support Assistants (NIC’S program) - 10 Nos.
Knowledge of OGC P3O Processes is advantageous. Shall be responsible for assisting for program Manager, Supplements and grow the PMO & OPM Framework, through knowledge transfer in the program domain.
06. Program Office Support Administrators – 10 Nos.
Knowledge of OGC P3O Processes is advantageous. Shall be responsible for assisting & supporting Program Manager with admin. Task including satisfying PMO OPM framework requirements, Supplement and grow the PMO & OPM Framework.
07. Project Owners – 10 Nos.
Must be PMP Certified by PMI. He should have a working knowledge of PRINCE2. Shall be responsible for Performing Project Owner responsibilities, including monitoring project progress and managing vendors, ensure project follow PMO OPM Framework, contribute to PMO’s reporting on project & Programs.
08. PMO Officers (Monitoring Projects) – 10 Nos.
Must be PMP certified by PMI, desirable to have a qualification in OGC’s MSP Methodology, ideally to the “Practitioner level”. Should possess knowledge of international project & Program management standard and methods essential. Shall be responsible for Monitoring Projects & Programs and program resource, Ensuring Projects & Programs follow PMO’s OPM Framework, contribute to PMO’s reporting on projects & Programs.
09. PMO Officers with Specialism – 10 Nos.
Must be PMP certified by PMI, desirable to have a qualification in OGC’s MSP Methodology, ideally to the “Practitioner level”. Shall be responsible for performing PMO officers responsibilities with specialities, each PMO Officer should have a single specialism in one of the following: 1, Procurement. 2, Services. 3, Operations & Licensed S/W.
10. PMO & PMO Officer Support – 05 Nos.
Knowledge of OGC P3O Processes is advantageous. Shall be responsible for supporting PMO Officers Govermence & monitoring activity; Assisting & supporting PMO Officer with adminstrative tasks, including satisfying PMO’s OPM Framework requirements plus knolwedge transfer.
11. PMO Monitors (Monitor schedules, risks and dependencies across all PMO) – 05 Nos.
Should be at assistant level with at least 3 years relevant experience. Shall be responsible for monitoring Schedules, Risks & Dependencies across all PMO; Assiting & supporting PMO & Program Managers with reports issues and analysis plus knowledge transfer.
12. PMO Auditors – 03 Nos.
A min. of Bachelors degree in a technical area, such as engineering , math, computer science, knowledge of OGC Gateway Review Processes. Knowledge of international quality management standards, such as ISO9000 & TickIT, auditing standards, such as ISO9011, and methods is essential. Minimum 10 years of work experience is must.
Shall be responsible for Establishing Audit & recovery Practices enhancing the skills with PMO and facilitating the set-up of major Projects Review Boards; Performing at least 15 audits on Projects and 5 audits on program per year. Providing awareness sessions, presentations,and training.
13. Program Management Domain SME – 03 Nos.
Must be qualified in OGC’s MSP Methodology to ” Practitioner” Level” . Must have experience in implementing OGC’s managing successful Projects (MSP) methodology, knowledge of international program management standards, such as PMI’s Program management standard. Minimum 15 years of work experience is must.
Qualified in OGC’s MSP Methodology , assiting and supporting the production of program Briefs, BluePrints, Program definition documents, and other MSp retaled materials; Enhancing PMO’s Prgram managments Domain Processes and methodologies. Producing quides, guidelines, methods & training materials to enhance PMO’s templates, methodologies & OPM Framework, providing awareness sessions, presentations and training. Assessing tools being used to support program management processes and make recommendations and plans on how to improve the tolls or purchase new ones.
14. Benefits, Stakeholder & Dependency Management Personnel – 03 Nos.
Must be qualified in OGC’s MSP Methodology to ” Practitioner” Level.” Must have experience in implementing OGC’s managing successful Projects (MSP) methodology, knowledge of international program management standards, such as PMI’s Program management standards.
Shall be responsible for further embedding & implementing Benefits, Stakeholder & Dependency management methodologies into the prgram management practice, enhance and ensure that the related methodologies are deployed, implemented and used; Produce guidelines, methods & training material on the respective subject matter, coach and transfer knowledge in the related areas particularly to PMO & program managers; Assisting & supporting the definition & production benefits related material and documents.
15. SME’s for Project Justification, RFP, Bid – 07 Nos.
A min. of Bachelors degree in a technical area, such as engineering, math, computer science, preference will be given to graduate degree holders specializing in this area, knowledge of international management standards, such as PMI’s PMBoK, and methods is essential.
Shall be responsible for consultant level and considered a subject Matter Experts in the following areas: 1, Project justification development. 2, request for proposal production. 3, Bid evaluation. 4, scope of work production, each SME should have a single specialism in one of the previous. Develop and implement improvements in their respective subject matter, within the OPM Framework, coach and knowledge in the related areas, providing awareness sessions presentation and training.
16. OPM Framework Vendor Guidance – 03 Nos.
A min. of Bachelors degree in a technical area , such as math, computer science, knowledge of international vendor management standards and methods is advantageous. Knowledge of OGC P3O Processes is advantage.
Shall be responsible for developing Vendor Guidance and enhancing Vendor evaluation, Liaise with vendors, in particular in their compliance with PMO OPM Framework and vendor evaluation results; Enhancing vendor management processes and documentation, coach and transfer knowledge in the related areas; Provide awareness sessions, presentations and training to company and to Vendor Project resources.
17. Portfolio Office Support Assistants – 05 Nos.
Should be at Junior Consultant, with at least 5 years relevant experience, knowledge of OGC P3O Processes is advantageous. Shall be responsible for Assisting for Portfolio Management, knowledge of OGC P3O; Assisting for Portfolio management & portfolio manager; Assisting & supporting portfolio manager with administrative tasks, supplement and growing the PMO & OPM framework, through knowledge transfer in the portfolio Domain; Assisting, developing & supporting the production of project justifications.
18. Training & Knowledge Transfer – 03 Nos.
Should be at a Junior consultant level, with at least 5 years relevant experience. Shall be responsible for producing Training Material for training & awareness sessions for resources, particularly those involved in project & programs, in particular the PMO’s OPM framework; Providing awareness sessions, presentations and training, coach and transfer knowledge in the related areas to PMO resources.
19. Administrators Assistants – 07 Nos.
Should be at a Junior consultant level, with at least 5 years relevant experience. Knowledge of OGC P3O Processes is advantageous. Shall be responsible for supporting the Department with resources allocation, report production & Facilities & assets allocation, updating & monitoring.
20. Designers/ Team Leads -05 Nos.
Should be at a Senior Consultant level and considered a Subject Matter Experts. Knowledge of international software development management standards and methods is essential.
Shall be responsible for leading IT Technical Team with PMO, to supply the tolls and utilities required to operate the OPM Framework. Responsible for designing, managing, the development and support of the organizational project managment information system. Coach and transfer knowledge in the related areas, provide awareness sessions, presentations and training.
21. Workflow Developers – 05 Nos.
Should be at a Senior Consultant level and considered a Subject Matter Experts. Knowledge of Work Flow management standards and methods is essential.
Shall be responsible for developing & deploying workflows required to operate the OPM framework, Assess tools being used to support workflow and make recommendations and plans on how to improve the tolls or purchase new one, provide design development and deployment consultancy on automated workflow of PMO Processes, coach and transfer knowledge in the related areas, provide awareness sessions, presentations and training.
22. MS-2010 Experts – 05 Nos.
An in-depth knowledge of MicroSoft-2010 is essential. Candidates with MicroSoft- 2010 certification is preferable. Shall be responsible for the migration, on-going development & problem resolution of the MS-2010 tools and utilites, and spare head all related initiatives.
23. Tools Experts -03 Nos.
Should be at a Consultant level and considered a subject Matter Experts, knowledge of Reporting Tools and Methods is essential. Shall be responsible for supporting the Reporting tools and utilities required to operate the dept. and the OPM framework, and spare head all related initiatives, responsible for training of resources in the use of reporting tools, responsible for creating specialist, complex or multi-query reports.
24. EPM / 2010 Administrators – 05 Nos.
An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft-2010 is essential. Candidates with Microsoft- 2010 certification is preferable. Shall be responsible for the administration of their area of responsibility, including monitoring, maintaining, updating, reviewing, auditing and reporting, responsible for administering any tools associated with their work, and supporting them by providing training and mentoring to others.
