Our client SAUDI ARCHIRODON LIMITED requires following personnel VERY VERY URGENTLY for their various Heavy Engineering Projects in Saudi Arabia

01. Chief Accountants – 05 Nos.
Post Graduate in Commerce/Accounting from recognized/reputed University with minimum 05 years of experience with atleast 02 years  in similar position and field. Must be well conversant with Accounting theories and to have expertise and technical know-how to work in a fully computerized environment.
Shall be responsible for handling all facets of financial/management accounting with group of accountants. Should have the potential to take up higher responsibilities, capable of working on multi tasks and under pressure.  Should be self-motivated, a team player and responsible for reporting to project/site management. Should not be more than 40 years of age. Must possess leadership qualities and administrative skills and good English communication skills, both oral and written.

02. Accountants – 15 Nos.
Graduate in Commerce/Accounting from recognized/reputed University with minimum 02 years of experience in similar position and field. Must be well conversant with Accounting theories and to have expertise and technical know-how to work in a fully computerized environment.
Shall be responsible for handling all facets of financial/management accounting with group of accountants. Should have the potential to take up higher responsibilities, capable of working on multi tasks and under pressure.  Should be self-motivated, a team player and responsible for reporting to project/site chief accountant. Should not be more than 35 years of age. Must possess leadership qualities and administrative skills and English communication skills.

03. Cashiers – 10 Nos.
Post Graduate in Finace from recognized/reputed University with minimum 02 years of experience in similar field. Must be well conversant with all banking transactions including derivatives, letters of credit and letters of guarantee, cash handling etc. and possess technical know-how to work in a fully computerized environment.
Shall be responsible for handling all facets of financial/management accounting with group of accountants. Should be capable of working on multi tasks and under pressure.  Should be self-motivated, a team player and responsible for reporting to Corporate Finance Team. Should not be more than 35 years of age. Must possess excellent English communication skills.

04. Insurance Officers – 07 Nos.
B.E/Business Administration degree with minimum 05 years experience in the construction industry or in the Insurance industry.
Shall be responsible for administration and claims handling of the region’s Hull and Machinery (Protection & Indemnity), Marine Cargo Insurance, Contractor’s All Risks/Third Party Liability, Property Insurance/Fire and Allied Perils, Plant & Equipment Insurance, Motor Vehicle Insurance and Money Insurance. Should not be more than 35 years of age. Must possess excellent English communication skills, both oral and written and must be well conversant with computers.

05. Procurement Officers – 09 Nos.
B.E/Bachelors degree with minimum 05 years experience in similar position. Must be well conversant with knowledge of Exports/Imports and computerized system.
Shall be responsible for reporting to Commercial/Finance Manager; Materials and spare parts for land and floating equipments; Material procurement and control; Collection of quotations, preparations of comparitive statements; Negotiations with suppliers, Letter of Credit and banking procedures & Handling of documents/files. Should not be more than 35 years of age. Must possess good English communication skills, both oral and written. Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage.

06. Personnel Officers – 10 Nos.
Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized/reputed University with minimum 05 years experience of HR/Personnel/Payroll practices preferably in Construction or Engineering Company. Must be capable of analysing data information and maintenance of records and ability to deal with Personnel enquiries. Must possess good Interpersonal and communication skills and a Positive attitude.
Shall be responsible for assisting, controlling, coordinating and monitoring data activities relating to Human Resources Information System on a day to day basis in order to ensure an accurate and complete database; Staff Mobilization and demobilization procedures, Manpower Planning, Time Keeping, Payroll, Leave Schedules etc & Maintaining Personnel records. Should not be more than 40 years of age. Must possess excellent English communication skills, both oral and written and computer skills.

07. Administrators – 12 Nos.
Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized/reputed University with minimum 03 years experience in analyzing Data information & maintenance of records. Must possess excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. Should not be more than 35 years of age.

08. Secretaries– 09 Nos.
Must possess good English communication skills, both oral and written. Should not be more than 35 years of age.

09. Purchasers- 12 Nos.
Must possess good English communication skills, both oral and written. Knowledge of Arabic language is a Should not be more than 35 years of age.

10. Male Nurses- 12 Nos.
Diploma in General Nursing with minimum 04 years of experience in General Nursing. Holder of Ministry of Health License will be preferred. Must be capable of Primary aids to the Employees/Patients and Handling Medical emergencies with all aspects. Should be well conversant with knowledge of Pharmceutical products.
Shall be responsible for Maintaining the Project Site Clinic independently; Providing immediate Medical Assistance/First Aid when and where required; Maintaining of Patients Medical records, Recommending patients to hospitals for higher medical treatment wherever necessary & Verification of Medical invoices/records.  Should not be more than 30 years of age. Must possess very good English communication skills and computer skills.

11. Time Keepers – 15 Nos.
