Our client HYUNDAI E & C requires following personnel VERY VERY URGENTLY for their REFINERY and POWER PLANT Projects (Combine Cycle PP/Conventional Steam PP/Clean Coal PP) in KOREA
01. Process Engineers (Refinery Plant) – 12 Nos.
BS/MS/PhD with minimum 15 years of work experience as Process Engineer. Should be well conversant with HYSIS & PRO II software. Should possess good knowledge in relevant International Codes and Standards and excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Shall be responsible for consulting services of feasibility study, FEED Design, Basic Plan, Plant Optimization, PFD, P & ID, Equipment sizing, Vendor Design Review, Plant Operating Philosophy, Performance test and Trouble Shooting, HAZOPS. Must possess hands on experience in Plant Conceptual Design using software.
Should be well conversant with Risk analysis, Value Engineering, Cost Benefit Analysis, Life Cycle Cost Evaluation, Valuation and Cost estimation and experience in Refinery (RFCC) Plants.
02. Static Equipment Engineers– 07 Nos.
MS/PhD with minimum 10 years of work experience as Status Equipment Engineer in Oil & Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical industry. Must possess thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details and International Codes and Standards. NACE certfication holder is preferred.
Shall be responsible for developing, reviewing, preparing and updating material selection documents, material and test related specifications, engineering standards, guidelines and best practices to enhance work practices and determining competency. Must possess some knowledge of engineering studies on corrosion mitigation and promoting safety and environmental programs.
Should be recognized as an expert in his field. Incumbent will normally have achieved industry recognition in professional societies and industrial organizations, such as ASME, ASCE, ASTM, API, NACE, SEI and others. Expected to have published technical papers in technical journals.
03. Heat Transfer Engineers (Static Equipment) – 03 Nos.
BS/MS/PhD with minimum 05 years of work experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer or Power Plant. Should be well conversant with HTRI, HTFS (Aspen Heat Exchangers-Thermal) and other softwares. Should possess good knowledge of static equipment and relevant International Codes and Standards.
Shall be responsible for Thermal rating & Performance verification of Heat Transfer equipments (Various types oh heat exchangers, fired equipments, steam generation units, BOP equipments in Power Plant), FEED engineering, feasibility studies, Flow Induced Vibration analysis, Life Cycle Cost evaluation, Risk Analysis, Cost benefit analysis, Estimation and Preparation of Datasheets.
04. Rotating Equipment Engineers (Power Plant) – 12 Nos.
B.E./BS with minimum 05 years of work experience in relevant field. Should be well conversant with advanced computer skills /MS Office. Should possess good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
05. Instrumentation & Control Engineers (Power Plant) – 03 Nos.
MS/PhD with minimum 07 years of work experience as I & C Engineer in Combined Cycle power plant, Conventional Steam Power Plant (Coal, Oil & Gas Fired), or Clean Coal Power Plant (IGCC, PFBC Technology). Must possess thorough knowledge of International Codes and Standards and control valve sizing software.
Shall be responsible for designing and detail engineering of Instrumentation & Control systems such as DCS, VMS, Sampling system, Continuous Emission monitoring system, field instrumentations etc. ; Preparing of technical specification, Datasheets, Technical Bid Evaluation, review and approval of Vendor systems etc.; Value engineering, Cost benefit analysis, Cost estimation etc.
Should be well conversant with Control Logic diagram, Loop diagram, Instrument Location Plan, Instrument Interconnection diagram, Instrument installation detail. etc.
06. Mechanical Engineers (Power Plant) – 05 Nos.
BS/MS/PhD with minimum 07 years of work experience as Mechanical Engineer in Combined Cycle power plant, Conventional Steam Power Plant (Coal, Oil & Gas Fired), or Clean Coal Power Plant (IGCC, PFBC Technology). Must possess thorough knowledge of International Codes and Standards and THERMOFLOW (GT PRO, ST PRO) and Gate Cycle software.
Shall be responsible for consulting services of feasibility study, Basic Plan, Plant Optimization, PFD, P & ID, Equipment sizing, Vendor Design Review, Plant Operating Philosophy, Performance test and Trouble Shooting, HAZOPS. Must possess hands on experience in Plant Conceptual Design using software.

07. Electrical Engineers (Power Plant) -05 Nos.
BS/MS/PhD with minimum 10 years of work experience as Electrical Engineer in Power Plant (Coal, Combined cycle plant). Must possess thorough knowledge of International Codes and Standards and ETAP software.
Shall be responsible for engineering work for procurement of electrical equipment including preparation of material requisitions, technical bid analysis, review of vendor drawings & documents; Electrical system studies including short circuit. lead flow, transient stability, harmonic analysis using ETAP; Detailed engineering drawings including cable sizing, grounding calculation, cable tray layout, power, lighting layout drawing and connection diagrams etc.
Must possess vast experience in preparation of single line diagrams, equipment sizing & specifications for Generators, Step Up & Unit transformers & various electrical equipments such as HV Switchyard, GIS, MV/LV Switchgear and MCC, DC & UPS etc.
Should be well conversant with Value Engineering, Cost Benefit Analysis, Cost estimation etc.
08. Piping/Pipeline Engineers (Design) -03 Nos.
BSA/MS/PhD (Civil/mechanical) with minimum 10 years of work experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Power Plant. PE (Professional Engineer) preferred. Must possess thorough knowledge of International Codes and Standards and advanced computer skills with MS Office programs.
Shall be responsible for Creating designs, specifications etc. of existing technology or applications and ensuring that assignments meet standards and performance requirements within area of expertise; Assisting and/or checking the work of drafters and designers and less experienced engineers & providing high level technical interface between customers, engineers and sub-contractors to determine root cause of problems and to develop effective solutions; Providing thorough examination for project requirements including safety and environmental compliance issues and technical review of design, equipment, instrumentation and material needs; Participating in developing deadlines, projects and work to be done, defining project engineering schedules, developing project cost estimates, preparing documentation, information, communication and engineering specification and ensuring conformance to all policies and procedures related to engineering functions, labor reporting and systems report; Consulting with other departments on designs, applications, problems and questions (May travel occasionally to field sites to assist with design related problems or to obtain application data); Preparing technical data and papers for sales personnel, customers and publications using good internal presentations and report writing skills; Participating in developing deadlines, projects and work to be done. Assignments cover broad and complex subject matter where issues and factors may be characterized by unusual demands and require additional analysis to determine the nature and scope of the problem; Designing and executing novel solutions where no precedent may exist, under tight time/cost constraints, and/or to utilize new techniques or methods. Obtaining patents where appropriate. Regularly functioning as a technical leader or significant contributor to a major complex problem and/or project; Anticipating potential problems & bringing multiple solutions to complex problems to the table.

BS/MSwith minimum 07 years of work experience as Cost & Instrumentation Engineer in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical or Fertilizer plant. Must possess thorough knowledge of International Codes and Standards and SPI (Smart Plan Instrumentation) – Intergraph software.
Shall be responsible for designing and detail engineering for Control systems (DCS/ESD/F&G), Flow metering system, Analyzer package system and Field instruments such as control valves, transmitters, local gauges etc. , FEED Engineering, Risk analysis, Preparation of Material Requisition/Datasheets, Technical bid evaluation, Review & approval of vendor documents; Assisting in commissioning and troubleshooting at site.
Should be well conversant with Value Engineering, Cost Benefit Analysis, Lifecycle Cost evaluation, Valuation and Cost estimation.
11. Civil Structure Engineers (Civil Design) -03 Nos.
BS/MS/PhD with minimum 07 years of work experience as Civil Structure Engineer in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical or Fertilizer plant. Must possess thorough knowledge of International Codes and Standards and softwares such as Excel, MathCAD, STAAD.
Shall be responsible for all the structural engineering aspects of any project including cost, schedule and constructability. The engineer will be involved in the total project early in career development, from preliminary site feasibility studies and basic design criteria through the actual design of structures and buildings to the point of assuring the construction material is delivered to and installed at the job site. Shall also be responsible for designing and analysis of industrial structures, buildings and heavy equipment foundations; (The work varies from relatively simple structures and foundations to very complex structures of a highly indeterminate nature. Dynamic considerations are frequently involved in dealing with vibratory equipment loads and earthquake forces); Ensuring complete checking of drawings and other documents originated by the discipline team; Supervising the engineers, designers and CAD persons associated assigned to the project; Arranging for reviews of design calculations for accuracy, neatness and compliance with design criteria.
Structural Engineer would be required to spend some portion of time becoming familiar with International codes and standards, working with vendor data and with personnel in other disciplines, assisting the Lead Engineer and participating in general training programs and other activities at Hyundai E & C.
12. Civil Geotechnical Engineers (Civil Design) – 03 Nos.
BS/MS/PhD Geotechnical/Geological/B.E. Civil (Geotechnical) with minimum 10 years of work experience as Geotechnical Engineer in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical or Fertilizer plant. Should be currently registered or eligible for registration as P.Eng. with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicits of Alberta. Must possess 10 years of industry experience in providing practical Geological engineering services relevant to a variety of projects (transportation, civil municipal, commercial development, heavy industrial and resource industries) and strong leadership experience as well as proven communication skills (oral and written). Must possess thorough knowledge of International Codes and Standards and GEOPRO or GRL WEAP or others.
Shall be responsible for Geotechnical project engineering and/or Project management role on a wide variety of Transportation, Resource industry and Industrial projects in diverse terrain and geological conditions; Preparing of technical proposals and reports; Recommending to proper foundation type and soil bearing capacity or pile capacity; Proposing soil improvement considering economic and project schedule.
