Our client HYUNDAI HEAVY INDUSTRIES requires following personnel VERY URGENTLY for their Power project in Saudi Arabia
01. HRSG Engineers – 15 Nos.
B.E. Mechanical with minimum 10 years of work experience in HRSG & Mechanical installation & Pre-commissioning. Shall be responsible for supervising, controlling and monitoring HRSG installation work in accordance with schedule, method statement, spec. and detailed drawings; Preparing the documents to be sent to the Clients/Subcontractors and Document Control and record coming in from/sending to the clients and subcontractors. Should be well conversant with reading P & ID/Mechanical detailed drawings. Should be well versed with computer skills and possess fluency in English language. Should be aged between 35 ~ 50 years.
02. Piping Engineers -05 Nos.
B.E. Mechanical with minimum 10 years of experience in Piping installation & Hydro Test/Air test/Chemical cleaning. Shall be responsible for supervising, controlling and monitoring HRSG installation work in accordance with schedule, method statement, spec. and detailed drawings; Preparing the documents to be sent to the Clients/Subcontractors and Document Control and record coming in from/sending to the clients and subcontractors; Planning and monitoring piping installation schedule and preparing method statement for piping installation. Should be well conversant with reading P & ID/ISO drawings. Should be well versed with computer skills and possess fluency in English language. Should be aged between 35 ~ 50 years.
03. Commissioning Mechanical Engineers – BOP (Rotating machinery, package system) – 12 Nos.
B.E. Mechanical with minimum 03 years of experience in BOP system Pre-commissioning and commissioning. Shall be responsible for preparation of the documents as per HHI supervisor’s request (such as preparation of test plan, recording & summarizing of test data and progress reporting etc.); Inspection and checking of installation prior to Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning; Pre-commissioning and Commissioning work of BOP [various rotating machinery, package system such as air compressor, gas compressor, Hydrogen gas (H2) generation plant etc.] in accordance with test procedure; coordination and supporting work for Vendor T/A as required; Material control (Commissioning consumables, spare parts etc.); After completion of commissioning, operate (or operational support) and trouble shoot on BOP system and supervision, controlling and managing technicians, helpers or labors, who are supporting commissioning works.
Should have an active and positive mind and must possess good understanding of P & ID/Mechanical detailed drawings/Piping ISO drawings. Should be well versed with computer skills(MS Office) and possess fluency in English language. Should be aged between 26 ~ 45 years.
04. Commissioning Mechanical Engineers (Water Treatment & Waste water treatment plant) – 03 Nos.
B.E. Mechanical with minimum 03 years of experience in Water treatment and waste water treatment plant commissioning and pre-commissioning. Shall be responsible for preparation of the documents as per HHI supervisor’s request (such as preparation of test plan, recording & summarizing of test data and progress reporting etc.); Inspection and checking of installation prior to Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning; Pre-commissioning and Commissioning work of water treatment and waste water treatment plant in accordance with test procedure; coordination and supporting work for Vendor T/A as required; Material control (Commissioning consumables, spare parts etc.); After completion of commissioning, operate (or operational support) and trouble shoot on Water treatment and waste water treatment plant; Supervising, controlling and managing technicians, helpers or labors, who are supporting commissioning works.

05. Commissioning Electrical Engineers (GTG/STG/HRSG) – 12 Nos.
B.E. Electrical with minimum 03 years of experience in GTG/STG/HRSG Precommissiong and commissioning. Shall be responsible for preparation of the documents as per HHI supervisor’s request (such as preparation of test plan, recording & summarizing of test data and progress reporting etc.); Inspection and checking of installation prior to Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning; Pre-commissioning and Commissioning work GTG/STG/HRSG and associates system in accordance with test procedure; coordination and supporting work for GE T/A as required; Material control (Commissioning consumables, spare parts etc.); After completion of commissioning, operate (or operational support) and trouble shoot on GTG/STG/HRSG and associated system; Supervising, controlling and managing technicians, helpers or labors, who are supporting commissioning works.
Should have an active and positive mind and must possess good understanding of SLD/Electrical detailed drawings/Electric system. Should be well versed with computer skills(MS Office) and possess fluency in English language. Should be aged between 26 ~ 45 years.
06. Commissioning Electrical Engineers (PWR TR,SWGR,MCC, DC&UPS etc.) – 12 Nos.
B.E. Electrical with minimum 03 years of experience in Power Transformer, SWGR, MCC, DC & UPS etc. Shall be responsible for preparation of the documents as per HHI supervisor’s request (such as preparation of test plan, recording & summarizing of test data and progress reporting etc.); Inspection and checking of installation prior to Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning; Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning work of PWR TR, SWGR, MCC, DC&UPS etc. in accordance with test procedure; Coordination and supporting work for GE T/A as required; Material control (Commissioning consumables, spare parts etc.); After completion of commissioning, operate (or operational support) and trouble shoot on PWR TR, SWGR, MCC, DC&UPS etc.; Supervising, controlling and managing technicians, helpers or labors, who are supporting commissioning works.
Should have an active and positive mind and must possess good understanding of SLD/Electrical detailed drawings/Electric system. Should be well versed with computer skills(MS Office) and possess fluency in English language. Should be aged between 26 ~ 45 years.
07. Commissioning Electrical Engineers (GIS, Electrical protection system) – 07 Nos.
B.E. Electrical with minimum 05 years of experience in Power Transformer, SWGR, MCC, DC & UPS etc. Shall be responsible for preparation of the documents as per HHI supervisor’s request (such as preparation of test plan, recording & summarizing of test data and progress reporting etc.); Inspection and checking of installation prior to Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning; Conducting pre-commissioning and commissioning work of GIS, Electrical protection system in accordance with test procedure; Coordination and supporting work for GE T/A as required; Material control (Commissioning consumables, spare parts etc.); After completion of commissioning, operate (or operational support) and troubleshoot on GIS, Electrical protection system; Supervising, controlling and managing technicians, helpers or labors, who are supporting commissioning works.
Should have an active and positive mind and must possess good understanding of SLD/Electrical detailed drawings/Electric system. Should be well versed with computer skills(MS Office) and possess fluency in English language. Should be aged between 26 ~ 45 years.
08. I & C Engineers (DCMS) – 07 Nos.
B.E. I & C with minimum 05 years of experience in DCMS (Distributed Control and Monitoring System). Shall be responsible for preparation of the documents as per HHI supervisor’s request (such as preparation of test plan, recording & summarizing of test data and progress reporting etc.); Inspection and checking of installation prior to Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning; Conducting pre-commissioning and commissioning work of DCMS and associated system in accordance with test procedure; Coordination and supporting work for GE T/A as required; Material control (Commissioning consumables, spare parts etc.); After completion of commissioning, operate (or operational support) and troubleshoot on DCMS and associated system; Supervising, controlling and managing technicians, helpers or labors, who are supporting commissioning works.
Should have an active and positive mind and must possess good understanding of Logic diagram/Detailed I&C drawings/Control system/Various instruments. Should be well versed with computer skills(MS Office) and possess fluency in English language. Should be aged between 26 ~ 45 years.
09. Commissioning I & C Engineers (GTG/STG/HRSG) – 10 Nos.
B.E. I & C with minimum 05 years of experience in GTG/STG/HRSG Precommissiong and commissioning. Shall be responsible for preparation of the documents as per HHI supervisor’s request (such as preparation of test plan, recording & summarizing of test data and progress reporting etc.); Inspection and checking of installation prior to Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning; Conducting pre-commissioning and Commissioning works (such as loop check, instrument calibration , function test etc.) of GTG/STG/HRSG and associates system in accordance with test procedure; coordination and supporting work for GE T/A as required; Material control (Commissioning consumables, spare parts etc.); After completion of commissioning, operate (or operational support) and trouble shoot on GTG/STG/HRSG and associated system; Supervising, controlling and managing technicians, helpers or labors, who are supporting commissioning works.
Should have an active and positive mind and must possess good understanding of Logic diagram/Detailed I&C drawings/Control system/Various instruments. Should be well versed with computer skills(MS Office) and possess fluency in English language. Should be aged between 26 ~ 45 years.
10. Commissioning I & C Engineers (Package Systems) – 10 Nos.
B.E. I & C with minimum 03 years of experience in BOP systems, Pre-commissiong and commissioning. Shall be responsible for preparation of the documents as per HHI supervisor’s request (such as preparation of test plan, recording & summarizing of test data and progress reporting etc.); Inspection and checking of installation prior to Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning; Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of package systems [Air compressor system, gas compressor system, Hydrogen gas (H2) generation plant, water treatment plant, waste water treatment system etc.] in accordance with test procedure; coordination and supporting work for Vendor T/A as required; Material control (Commissioning consumables, spare parts etc.); After completion of commissioning, operate (or operational support) and trouble shoot on package system; Supervising, controlling and managing technicians, helpers or labors, who are supporting commissioning works.

11. Commissioning Planners (Engineer) – 03 Nos.
B.E. Mechanical with minimum 05 years of experience in Power plant, Pre-commissioning and commissioning. Shall be responsible for preparation of the documents as per HHI supervisor’s request (such as preparation of test plan, recording & summarizing of test data and progress reporting etc.); Owner coordination (Daily inspection notification & reporting), Material P.O. and stock control; Documents control and general office supporting work for commissioning.
Should have an active and positive mind and must possess good understanding of Commissioning activities, Commissioning work flow and general knowledge of Mech. Eng., I&C Eng and Elect. Eng. Should be well versed with computer skills(MS Office, MS Project) and possess fluency in English language. Should be aged between 26 ~ 45 years.
12. Commissioning Chemists (Engineer) – 03 Nos.
B.E. Chemical with minimum 03 years of experience in Power Plant Chemistry and Laboratory analysis. Shall be responsible for procurement of chemical, various reagents, glassware and others required for water chemistry; Controlling chemicals, reagents and laboratory equipments; Water analysis using specorophotometer and control water quality; Periodical grap sample test and re-calibration of sampling system; Daily checking and operation of sampling system, chemical dosing system and other system (or equipment) relating chemistry and Preparation of the documents as per HHI supervisor’s request (such as Daily chemistry report etc.)
Should have an active and positive mind and must possess good understanding of Power plant water chemistry and various analysers. Should be well versed with computer skills(MS Office) and possess fluency in English language. Should be aged between 26 ~ 45 years.
13. Commissioning I & C – Loop Test Technicians – 25 Nos.
B.E. I & C with minimum 03 years of experience in BOP systems, Pre-commissiong and commissioning. Shall be responsible for preparation of the documents as per HHI supervisor’s request (such as preparation of test plan, recording & summarizing of test data and progress reporting etc.); Inspection and checking of installation prior to Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning; Cable line check, loop check, instrument calibration in accordance with test procedure ; coordination and supporting work for Vendor T/A as required; Material control (Commissioning consumables, spare parts etc.); After completion of commissioning, operate (or operational support) and troubleshoot; Supervising, controlling and managing technicians, helpers or labors, who are supporting commissioning works.
Should have an active and positive mind and must possess good understanding of Logic diagram/Detailed I&C drawings/Control system(PLC)/Various instruments. Should be well versed with computer skills(MS Office) and possess fluency in English language. Should be aged between 26 ~ 45 years.
14. Project Controllers (Para -Legal) – 03 Nos.
Graduate in Law with minimum 10 years of experience in field of Power Project. Should be well versed with computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel) and excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Shall be responsible for reviewing EPC Contract documents; reviewing all In/Out letters/documents from/to Clients, Subcontractors and Ministries; Preparing of letters to Clients, Subcontractors and Ministries in accordance with Contract document; Preparing of claim document against client and subcontractors and Legal advising to project manager in all respects. Should be aged between 40 ~ 50 years.
15. Quantity Surveyors (Mechanical)- 03 Nos.
B.E. Mechanical with minimum 05 years of experience in the field of Power project. Should be well versed with computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel) and excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Shall be responsible for Measuring of Construction progress & preparing of monthly payment request to client; Reviewing of monthly payment request from each sub contractor; Preparing of claim document against Clients and Subcontractors and Calculating the costs for Change/Variation orders. Should be aged between 40 ~ 50 years.
16. Quantity Surveyors (Electrical)- 03 Nos.
B.E. Electrical with minimum 05 years of experience in the field of Power project. Should be well versed with computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel) and excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Shall be responsible for Measuring of Construction progress & preparing of monthly payment request to client; Reviewing of monthly payment request from each sub contractor; Preparing of claim document against Clients and Subcontractors and Calculating the costs for Change/Variation orders. 17. Electrical Engineers – 15 Nos.

Should be well versed with computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel) and possess good English communication skills, both verbal and written. Shall be responsible for execution of underground embedded works/electrical works.
18. Instrument Engineers – 10 Nos.
B.E. Instrument with minimum 03 years of experience. Should possess good understanding of Instrument system in power plant project. Should be well versed with computer skills (MS Office etc.) and possess good English communication skills, both verbal and written. Shall be responsible for execution of instrument works.
19. F/A Engineers – 03 Nos.
B.E. Electrical with minimum 03 years of experience. Should possess good understanding of Fire Alarm system in power plant project. Shall be responsible for execution of fire alarm works.
20. Material Controllers – 02 Nos.
B.E. Electrical with minimum 03 years of experience in relevant field. Should be well versed with computer skills (MS Word, Excel etc.).
21. Document Controllers – 02 Nos.
University graduate with minimum 03 years of experience in relevant field. Should be well versed with computer skills (CAD, MS Office, MS project etc.) and possess good English communication skills.
