01. HVAC Controls (ACU 1st Technicians) – 15 Nos.
Well conversant with O&M and repair of ACUs –Airedale, Liebert equipment. Diploma in HVAC or instrumentation, having 05 years experience in HVAC Field with emphasis on chilled water application.

02. Sr. HVAC Technicians – 300 Nos.
Diploma in HVAC or Instrumentation, having 05 years experience in HVAC Field with emphasis on chilled water application.

03. Sr. Technicians – HVAC Chiller  - 05 Nos.
Diploma in HVAC or Instrumentation, having 05 years experience in HVAC Field with emphasis on chilled water application.

04. HVAC Engineers – 04 Nos.
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or HNC in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, having 05 years experience in supervising A/C mechanics.

05. HVAC Foremen – 60 Nos.
College level in HVAC, having 5 years experience in HVAC system installation.

06. Instrument & Control Foremen – 05 Nos.
High School + 2 yrs ITI in electronics & electrical, having 05 yrs exp in repair, testing instruments/equipment related to central heating & cooling plant and networks.

07. HVAC Operator/Chiller – 05 Nos.
Technically qualified having above 05 years experience in operation/inspection/chiller in central plant. 

08. HVAC Supervisors – 24 Nos.
Degree/Diploma in AC & Refrigeration having 05 yrs exp in supervising construction of buildings and structures, plumbing and HVAC system.

09. Specialist HVAC and Control – 05 Nos.
B.E. Mechanical, having 05 years experience in O&M, inspections mechanical, electrical and automatic temperature control equipment.

10. HVAC Technicians – 70 Nos.
Technically qualified having 05 years experience in repair, maintenance and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and steam distribution equipment and systems.

11. Technician Generator – 05 Nos.
Certificate in Mechanical, having 05 years experience in preventive maintenance on high pressure generators, gas and water turbines & portable water systems.

12. Operator Pump Station – 09 Nos.
Three years diploma in mechanic discipline, having 05 years experience in water pumping/hydro power plants, able to communicate in the English language.

13. Electro Mechanic Pumps Technicians (1st Technicians) – 30 Nos.

14. Sr. Pumps Technicians – 100 Nos.
