Our client DAEWOO E&C requires following personnel very URGENTLY for their Refinery Expansion Project/Inter Refineries Pipeline II Project
01. Engineering Co-ordinators – 10 Nos.
B.E. Chemical/Mechanical, Minimum 10 years of experience in project management for Oil/Gas & Petrochemical EPC Project. Shall be responsible for engineering management and coordination including technical coordination among various disciplines, schedule control, engineering document quality review.
02. Process Engineers – 10 Nos.
B.E. Chemical, Minimum 10 years of experience in process engineering of Oil/Gas & Petrochemical EPC project. Preparation of P & ID, Calculation of equipment sizing, line pressure drop calculation. etc that are rerquired to perform process design. Shall be responsible for preparation of Process Datasheet for Equipment/ Instrument, P&ID’s, Hydraulic Calculation for Process & Utilities, Lines and PSV Sizing.
03. Process Engineers OR Safety Design Engineers – 10 Nos.
B.E. Chemical/Mechanical with minimum 10 years experience in design of loss prevention for Oil/Gas & Petrochemical EPC Project including passive and active fire protection, safety related activities (HAZOP Study). Shall be responsible for Co-ordination of HAZOP study & SIL Review, Fire & Safety Design, Input design for HSEIA.
04. Corrosion Engineers – 10 Nos.
B.E. Mechanical/Metallurgy with minimum 10 years of experience in metallurgy engineering for Oil/Gas & Petrochemical EPC Project. Shall be responsible for for Performing metallurgy engineering including selection and management philosophy & corrosion engineering.
05. Tank Design Engineers – 12 Nos.
B.E. Mechanical with 10 years experience of Storage tanks (Large FRT) design work for Oil/Gas & Petrochemical EPC Project. Shall be responsible for Preparation of mechanical datasheet, material requisition, tank arrangement drawing and tank assembly drawings.
06. Rotating Machinery Engineers – 10 Nos.
B.E. Mechanical with minimum 05 years of experience in Oil/Gas & Petrochemical EPC Project in machinery engineering for compressors, pumps. etc. Shall be responsible for preparation of mechanical data sheet, material requisition and reviewing of vendor document.
07. Control & Instrument Design Engineers – 15 Nos.
B.E. Electrical with minimum 10 years experience for Oil/Gas & Petrochemical EPC Project in control and instrumentation system including DCS, PLC, Analyser, in-line instrument sich as MOV, Cv. etc. Shall be responsible for preparation of instrument datasheet, material requisition, instrument layout drawings, functional specification for control system & review of vendor documents.
08. Electrical Design Engineers – 10 Nos.
B.E. Electrical with 10-yrs experience in electrical engineering for Oil/Gas & Petrochemical EPC project including Transformer, MCC, SWGR sizing. Shall be responsible for preparation of electrical equipment datasheet, material requisition, single line diagram with laod calculation, electrical layout drawings and reviewing of vendor document.
09. Piping Design Engineers – 25 Nos.
B.E. Mechanical with 10 years of experience of Oil/Gas & Petrochemical EPC Project in piping design. Shall be responsible for preparation of plot plan, piping arrangement drawings, isometrics, material take offs.etc. 3D PDS experience is mandatory.
10. Civil Design Engineers – 15 Nos.
B.E. Civil with minimum 10 years of experience for Oil/Gas & Petrochemical EPC Project in civil design. Shall be responsible for preparation of foundation plan, sewer & drainage drawing, road & paving drawing, etc.
11. Building Design Engineers – 10 Nos.
B.E. Civil/Mechanical with 10 years of experience for Oil/Gas & Petrochemical EPC Project in building design. Shall be responsible for preparation for building design including building foundation plan, building sectional drawing, etc.
