Our client HYUNDAI HEAVY INDUSTRIES requires following personnel VERY URGENTLY for their POWER PLANT & GAS projects in MIDDLE EAST
01. Project Control Managers -03 Nos.
B.Sc/B.E. with minimum 10 years of work experience in Power Plant, Oil & Gas Field & Petrochemical/Refinery. Must possess experience for Claim of time extension & change order etc. of industrial project as a Quantity Surveyor and/or Paralegal; Estimation of Project Costs. Should be capable of developing & maintaining a comprehensive document control system for all project document either in hard copies or electronic records. Should be proficient in MS Office & related computer applications (skire unifer/sharepoint/e2020/adobe acrobat). Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Shall be responsible for Leading and managing a project planing team; Paralegal Work(Claim of time extension and variation order); Calculating/Preparing of Monthly Interim Payment of Power plant & Chemical Project; Developing & maintaining document control & reporting standards & procedures; Controlling drawings, specifications, design record, standards, procedures, correspondence, minutes of meetings & supplier documents etc. and Conducting periodic quality assurance audits on all document files. Should be knowledgeable with engineering/construction terminology. Age preference 30~50 years.
02. Mechanical Superintendants – 03 Nos.
B.Sc/B.E with minimum 15 years of work experience in Power Plant, Oil & Gas Field & Petrochemical/Refinery. Must possess Knowledge in the erection/installation procedures like for GTG, GT, HRSG & BOP equipment. Should be capable of reading & interpreting drawings, P&ID / Schematic / Flow Diagrams.Experienced with GE 7FA Type GTG, GT Installation shall be preferred. Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Age preference 30~50 years.
Shall be responsible for Selecting / hiring his working group such as foreman, labors; Leading & Supervising the erection/installation of GTG, GT,HRSG, BOP and all related auxiliary plant equipment; Checking & reviewing approved drawings, plans & specifications to ensure compliance with all technical aspects; Coordinating & monitoring all manpower, equipment/tools,materials/ supplies & sub-contracted services toward the proper completion of the work on schedule; Planning & implementation of manpower & equipment mobilization/demobilization and Conducting alignment of rotating equipment & assist in pre/commissioning activities.
03. Schedulers – 03 Nos.
B.Sc/Related degree course with minimum 10 years of work experience in Power Plant, Oil & Gas Field & Petrochemical/Refinery. Must possess Knowledge on project scheduling and control. Should be capable of reading & interpreting drawings, P&ID / Schematic / Flow Diagrams.Must possess excellent Computer skills (prima vera 6, Word, Excel) and communication skills, both oral and written. Age preference 30~40 years.
Shall be responsible for Monitoring and evaluating project schedule progress & performance; Conducting analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules; Assisting project team to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress; Interacting with customer and project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments and Documentation of work progress & reports.
04. Material Controllers – 06 Nos.
B.Sc/Related degree course with minimum 03 years of work experience in Power Plant, Oil & Gas Field & Petrochemical/Refinery. Must possess knowledge in inventory taking and control /warehousing of supplies/materials/equipment. Should be capable of Conducted planning and ordering of all items needed for plant construction. Must possess excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel, power point,basic knowledge in MS Project) and communication skills, both oral and written. Age preference below 40 years.
Shall be responsible for Planning & implementing material control/warehousing program and techniques; Monitoring and updating records of stocks; Preparing request for quotations and issue purchase requisitions/purchase orders to qualified suppliers; Receiving material deliveries from suppliers with proper accounting and visual inspection; Implementing proper stocking of all materials, tools & equipment material certificates and Documentation of quality reports.
05. DWG. & Document Controllers – 06 Nos.
B.Sc/Related degree course with minimum 03 years of work experience in Power Plant, Oil & Gas Field & Petrochemical/Refinery. Must possess knowledge in document receiving and recording, drawing receiving and distribution, daily and monthly reporting. Must possess excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel, power point) and communication skills, both oral and written. Age preference below 40 years.
Shall be responsible for Receiving, circulating and recording all incoming and outgoing faxes,emails and hand deliveries; Bringing up quality forms, checklists as and when needed in coordination with QA/QC Engineer for technical aspects; Maintaining documentation for projects using the project numbering system for easy traceability and proper filing (soft & hard copy) and Coordinating with QA/QC Engineer for maintaining quality documentation.
06. General Affairs Staff- 02 Nos.
University graduate with minimum 03 years of work experience in relevant field. Must possess knowledge in camp operation and maintenance, labor’s wage/time control and consumable material procurement. Must possess excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel) and communication skills, both oral and written. Age preference 30~40 years.
Shall be responsible for Planning, executing and overseeing the general services for employees staying inside the camp; Performing administrative functions; Preparing quotations & purchase requisitions/orders and Following-up, receiving and inventory/control of purchased items.
07. Admin/Procurement Staff- 01 Nos.
University graduate with minimum 03 years of work experience in any plant (Power Plant, Oil & Gas Field & Petrochemical/Refinery) construction. Must possess knowledge in materials of various Industrial project and it’s procurement. Must possess excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point) and communication skills, both oral and written. Age preference 30~40 years.
Shall be responsible for Performing administrative functions; Preparing quotations & purchase requisitions/orders and Following-up, receiving and inventory/control of purchased items.
08. Mechanical Foremen – 08 Nos.
BS in Engineering/Relevant Experience with minimum 10 years of experience in Power Plant, Oil & Gas & Petrochemical/Refinery. Must possess knowledge in the erection/installation procedures like for GTG, GT, HRSG & BOP equipment. Should be capable of reading & interpreting drawings, P&ID/Schematic/Flow Diagrams. BS in Engineering/Relevant Experience with minimum 10 years of experience in Power Plant, Oil & Gas & Petrochemical/Refinery. Must possess knowledge in the erection/installation/fabrication procedures of steel structures for power plant equipment. Should be capable of performing welding inspection works; read & interpret drawings, P&ID / Schematic / Flow Diagrams. Must possess good communication skills, both oral and written. Age preference 30~50 years.
Shall be responsible for Leading the erection / installation team of all steel structures of plant equipment; Checking or initiating tests on joints or weldments; Conducting inspection and check completeness of structure works and its stability in compliance with all technical aspects; Coordinating & monitoring all manpower, equipment/ tools, materials/ supplies & sub-contracted services toward the proper completion of the work on schedule and Planning & implementation of manpower & equipment mobilization/ demobilization.
10. Piping Foremen – 12 Nos.
BS in Engineering/Relevant Experience with minimum 10 years of experience in Power Plant, Oil & Gas & Petrochemical/Refinery. Must possess knowledge in erection / installation / Hydraulic Test of boiler pipes, supports, insulation & auxiliary parts. Should be capable of performing works on welding inspection; reading & interpreting drawings, P&ID / Schematic / Flow Diagrams. Must possess good communication skills, both oral and written. Age preference 30~50 years.
Shall be responsible for Leading the erection/ installation team of all pipings for HRSG and other plant systems; Conducting inspection and monitor NDE tests and leak tests in compliance with all technical aspects; Coordinating & monitoring all manpower, equipment/ tools, materials/ supplies & sub-contracted services toward the proper completion of the work on schedule; Planning & implementation of manpower & equipment mobilization/ demobilization and Making plan of hydraulic test packages.
11. Millwright (Mechanical Workers) – 40 Nos.
Short/vocational certificate/equivalent college study & experience with minimum 05 years of experience in Power Plant, Oil & Gas & Petrochemical/Refinery. Must possess knowledge in the erection/ installation works for GTG, GT, HRSG & BOP & related auxiliary plant equipment. Should be capable of performing all mechanical works such as but not limited to equipment setting, bolt tightening, leak test & oil flushing & precision works like alignment. Should be able to speak and understand English Language. Age preference below 45 years.
Shall be responsible for Executing works for the erection/ installation of GTG, GT, HRSG, BOP and all related auxiliary plant equipment; Performing mechanical labor works such as equipment setting, assembly, bolt tightening, precision works and testing; Checking & accounting all materials, tools & equipment to use including special tools or jigs and Conducting alignment of rotating equipment, oil flushing, inspection, testing, etc.
12. Riggers – 40 Nos.
Short/vocational certificate/equivalent college study & experience with minimum 05 years of experience in rigging during construction of power plants (Oil & Gas or Petroleum) using Crawler/Hydraulic Cranes with capacity of 600 Ton or more. Should knows how to calculate the weight of equipment to ascertain the best way of securing & moving the crane and possess sound knowledge in Scaffolding, Platforms and Tripods. Should be able to speak and understand English Language. Age preference below 40 years.
Shall be responsible for Installing hoisting tackles (shackles and slings) during erection of major plant equipment; Assisting in the erection of GT, GTG, HRSG Modules, Stack, Steam drum, Transformer & other heavy plant equipment; Monitoring proper maintenance of the crane and tackles, inspecting and checking condition regularly; Performing grounding works such as clearing of areas for positioning or moving the crane and Conducting rigging activities during assembly/disassembly of the crane.
13. Tool Keepers -05 Nos.
Short/vocational certificate/equivalent training & experience with minimum 05 years of experience in Power Plant, Oil & Gas & Petrochemical/Refinery. Must possess experience in handling/safe keeping tools/equipment in a construction. Should be able to speak and understand English Language. Age preference below 35 years.
Shall be responsible for Performing proper handling and control of tools & equipment; Accounting the tools or conduct regular inventory; Inspecting/checking status of materials, tools & equipment including special tools and Updating records and report status for proper action.
14. Commissioning Advisors – 02 Nos.
B.Sc with minimum 15 years of work experience in same field. Must possess good computer skills ( MS Office) and excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Experience in OIL & Gas EPC is must.
15. LOTO Engineers – 03 Nos.
B.Sc with minimum 05 years of work experience in same field. Must possess good understanding of Machinery & Process system; excellent computer skills ( MS Office) and excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Experience in LOTO Commissioning is must. Shall be responsible for Supervising, controlling and monitoring LOTO; Conducting Lock Out Tag Out and Documentation & reporting. Age preference 30~50 years.
16. Training Engineers – 02 Nos.
B.Sc with minimum 05 years of work experience in same field. Must possess good understanding of Machinery & Process system in Oil & Gas industry; excellent computer skills (MS office) and excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Experience in Training Commissioning is must. Shall be responsible for Preparation of Site Training; Site Training Coordination / Assistance and Reporting. Age preference 30~50 years.
17. Commissioning (Document Controller & Scheduler) Engineers – 05 Nos.
B.Sc with minimum 05 years of work experience in same field. Must possess good understanding of Commissioning activities, commmisioning work flow and general knowledge for Mech-Eq, Elec-Eq, I&C-Eq; excellent computer skills ( MS office, MS project, Primavera ) and excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Experience in Document Control/Schedule Commissioning is must. Shall be responsible for Preparation of documents as per HHI supervisor’s request (such as preparation of test plan, Recording & summarizing of test data and Progress reporting etc.); Owner coordination (Daily inspection notification & reporting); Material P.O and Stock control; Document control; General office supporting work for commissioning and Scheduling & Progress Check. Age preference 30~50 years.
18. Commissioning Mechanical Engineers – 10 Nos.
B.Sc with minimum 07 years of work experience in Mechanical Oil & Gas Field Commissioning. Must possess good understanding of P & ID/ Mechanical detailed drawings/Piping ISO Drawings; excellent computer skills ( MS office) and excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Experience in DCS & Field Operation is must. Shall be responsible for Preparation of documents as per HHI supervisor’s request (such as preparation of test plan, Recording & summarizing of test data and Progress reporting etc.); Inspection and checking of installation prior to Commissioning; Commissioning work of Machinery / Equipment and associated system in accordance with test procedure; Coordination and supporting work; Material control (Commissioning consumable, Spare parts etc.); Supervise, control and manage technician, helper or labor supporting commissioning works and Commercial Operation. B.Sc Chemical with minimum 07 years of work experience in DCMS (Distributed Control and Monitoring System) Oil & Gas Field Commissioning. Must possess good understanding of Logic Diagram/Detailed I & C Drawing/Control System/Various Instruments; excellent computer skills ( MS office) and excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Experience in DCS & Field Operation in Oil & Gas Plant is must.
