01. Process Engineers – 03 Nos.
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 13 years experience of Petro-Chemical, Oil and Gas Plant Design and Corrosion Engineering including minimum 05 years of overseas experience. Must possess experience of Corrosion and Plant Design jobs and Process simulation experience with HYSYS, UNISIM, Pro-II. Should be fully familiar with International Codes of Practice related to design, fabrication and installation (ASME, BS, ASTM, API, DIN, ISO, etc).
Must possess comprehensive knowledge of potential failure modes and risks in Oil and Gas facilities; not necessarily limited to process fluid corrosion, process control failures, material selection and corrosion mitigation methods. Must possess good report writing skills and knowledge of AutoCAD. Should be self-motivated and accustomed to Supervising others. Must posses fluency in spoken and written English.
Shall be responsible for Preparationof bidding documents (Review of FEED Documents, Carry out FEED Verification); Preparation of Process Deliverables; Use of PRO II or UNISIM for Process Simulation and generation of Heat and Mass Balance; Process Design Calculation; Equipment Sizing and Specification / Line Sizing / Hydraulic Calculation; Use of AutoCAD and Visio for Drawing P&IDs, PFD, MSD, UFD, and other Process Drawings & Preparation of Line and Equipment List.
02. Electrical Engineers – 03 Nos.
B.E. Electrical or equivalent with minimum 07 years of experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical projects including 02 years of overseas experience. Must possess experience and demonstrated skill in directing and engineering functions, including technical bid evaluation, establishing criteria for electrical systems, bill of quantity, procurement, contracts, construction, customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience and start up work processes. Should be capable of training and developing employees. Must posses fluency in spoken and written English. May be required to live on international job site for couple of months or some international travel on a business trip basis.
Shall be responsible for Designing and Engineering for Electrical system such as HV, LV switchgear, Transformer, Diesel generator, calculation such as short circuit current using software(PTW), cable allowable current, voltage drop and so on; Purchase supports for EPC Project including Technical bid evaluation & Vendor print checking; Establishing milestones for the total project and supports development of electrical standards and procedures.
03. Telecommunication Engineers – 03 Nos.
Bachelor degree in telecommunication engineering or equivalent with minimum 07 years of experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical projects including 02 years of overseas experience. Must possess experience and demonstrated skill in directing and engineering functions, including technical bid evaluation, establishing criteria for telecommunication systems, bill of quantity, procurement, contracts, construction, customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience and startup work processes. Should be capable of training and developing employees. Must posses fluency in spoken and written English. May be required to live on international job site for couple of months or some international travel on a business trip basis.
Shall be responsible for Designing and Engineering for Telecommunication system such as telephone system, microwaves with tower, LAN and WAN, CCTV and etc; Purchase supports for EPC Project; Establishing milestones for the total project and supports development of telecommunication standards and procedures.
04. Civil/Structural Design Engineers – 03 Nos.
Bachelor Degree in Civil(Structural) engineering from an accredited university with minimum 07 years of experience in Plant Design Project (Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery or Power plant Project) including 02 years of overseas experience. Should possess Experience with concrete and soils; Experience with feasibility studies, equipment reliability issues and upgrades to improve safety and reliability & Experience in reviewing and checking designs, drawings and data prepared by other engineers is required. Should be well conversant with Hand calculations and state-of-the-art computer tools such as STADD to perform structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete structures, foundations, concrete slabs, structural steel. Familiarity with BS, ACI and IBC codes is required. Computer proficiency in CAD, Micro-software programs(Excel, Word etc.) is highly desired. Should be capable of understanding and complying with company policies, procedures and processes. Must posses fluency in spoken and written English.
Shall be responsible for Designing, reviewing and analyzing of civil & structural drawings and calculation in Oil & Gas and Power plant field such as pipe racks, technological structures, dynamic equipment foundation, pavement, plant road layout, drainage system and underground piping layout; Co-ordinating with site to facilitate construction activities.
05. Piping Engineers – 03 Nos.
B.E. Mechanical/Piping with minimum 10 years of engineering experience in home office and/or field capacity for a major EPC firm, including 03 years of overseas experience. Must possess knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience and also possess Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD, PDMS, and Caesar II software on large projects. Should also possess advanced level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start up work processes. Must posses demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems. Knowledgeable about current industry and technical developments. Must be skilled in oral and written communication, with a demonstrated ability to present information to management and clients. Should be capable of training and developing employees.
Shall be responsible for Developing and supervising piping/pipeline activities; Supervising the review and verifying of FEED document; Supervising the Development, modification and issue of piping layout drawings, isometrics and General Arrangement drawings; Reviewing piping design studies and calculations, Supervising the Preparation of information for Purchasing and Manufacturing Equipment and Material; Supervising the checking of Vendor’s Drawings, data sheets and other relevant information; Carrying out technical review and evaluation of bids for all piping and pipeline equipments, Expedite Vendor data and resolve Vendor queries; Reviewing the Preparation of Engineering and Construction specifications, drawings and other necessary documents; Supervising the development of complete MTO for all the materials; Corresponding with client and sub-contractor (transmittals, letters, phone calls etc) & Reviewing documents and make recommendations to lead Engineer.
06. Lead/Senior Mechanical Engineers – 03 Nos.
B.E. Mechanical with minimum 08 years of industry experience (including 03 years of overseas experience) in engineering field, preferably dealing in the design of modifications to mechanical design. Must possess Knowledge of Standard mechanical components, materials, fabrication practices, and proper application in design; Mechanical engineering principles used in stress analysis, finite element modeling (FEM); Knowledge and skill of Mathematical modeling and Computer Aided Design. Must possess extensive knowledge of personal computer systems with Microsoft Officeware, AutoCAD, etc. Must possess some knowledge of mechanical regulations, certification processes and related requirements. Should possess experience and demonstrated skill in directing, planning, and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis & Experience and demonstrated skill in establishing criteria for project planning and scheduling activities. Knowledge of reading and interpreting of Mechanical technical data such as engineering drawings, GAD’s, P & ID, Datasheets, etc. is required.
Shall be responsible for Carrying mechanical engineering for Brown Field or Green Field of an EPC Project from bidding stage and take them through to the final stage of detailed design of materials handling, equipment sizing and equipment designing and product reliability test; Developing project specifications on the basis of mechanical engineering practices as well as client’s requirements; Supporting equipment installation and commissioning activities occurred at project site; Explaining how to solve complex problems to other team members and clients; Performing mechanical engineering in line with project management & Training other mechanical junior engineers.
07. Control/Estimation Engineers – 02 Nos.
Bachelor degree in Engineering or construction management with minimum 05 years of planning experience in home office and/or field capacity for a major EPC firm. Must possess excellent working knowledge of Primavera P6 on large projects. Must possess experience and demonstrated skill in directing, planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control and analysis; Experience and demonstrated skill in establishing criteria for project planning and scheduling activities & Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems. Working knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction work process within the oil, Gas, Petrochemical business or Power plant is essential analytical skills. Should be knowledgeable about current industry and technical developments. Must possess excellent English communication skills,both oral and written with a demonstrated ability to present planning and scheduling information to management and clients & the ability to train and develop employees.
Shall be responsible for Developing the schedule and supervising maintenance & monitoring of construction activities; Working closely with the construction and subcontracts on the construction activities and the procurement and engineering members to identify impacts to the project overall schedule; Monitoring subcontractor’s performance and identify possible impacts to the project schedule and mitigation measures; Identifying and tracking interfaces between subcontractors & Identifying, analyzing and providing innovative solutions to planning and scheduling problems.
08. Human Resources Administrators – 02 Nos.
Bachelor degree or master degree in psychology, sociology and other areas of liberal arts with minimum 03 years experiences in organization development, strategic business management, and management development. Should be well conversant with advanced level of knowledge of employment law and policy and procedure making. Should possess knowledge of engineering and construction management. May be required to live on international job site for couple of months or some international travel on a business trip basis. Must be able to train and develop employees.
Shall be responsible for Supervising recruitment schedule, development, maintenance and monitoring; Supporting organizational and administrative activities; Supervising and analyzing the working time, salary, payroll and Performance Management; Communicating, coaching Policy Recommendation & Accounting for cost reductions and measurement of all HR Prg. and process.
Shall be responsible for Checking the drawing and making list of Quantity; Providing advice in the decision-making process throughout the management of a project from initial inception to final completion; Handling estimation and cost control, the tendering process and, after contract award, the commercial interface; Estimating and measuring of construction works prior to tender, producing the bill of quantities; produce tender documentation and manage the tender process; Clarifying and evaluating tenders and Managing the resultant contract through monthly valuation.
09. Quantity Surveyors – 03 Nos.
Bachelor degree in engineering or project management or equivalent with minimum 04 years of experience in civil work at overseas, with minimum 01 year experience in Quantity survey at overseas. Must possess excellent working knowledge of civil work. Should be well conversant with knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience. Must be able to train and develop employees. May be required to live on international job site for couple of months or some international travel on a business trip basis.
10. Field Construction/Electrical Engineers – 03 Nos.
Bachelor degree in construction or engineering management with minimum 06 years of electrical construction experience (including minimum 02 years overseas experience) in site office or field capacity for a major EPC firm. Must possess excellent working knowledge of electrical facilities installations in power plant site. Must possess Experience and demonstrated skill in planning, and monitoring, improvement for construction process activities; Knowledge of Installation for lighting, lightning, power & control panels, fire alarm, communication, heat tracing, earthing, andCathodic Protection; Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and advanced level of knowledge of engineering, construction & Knowledge of Electrical & Instrument Installation process, especially; Installation of MV/LV cable &cable trench, cable tray/ladder, cable, conduit, electrical equipment(MV/LV Switchgear, transformer,generators, motors & associated controls, UPS, Instruments and others). Should be capable of Testing for MV/LV cable (Insulation resistance & continuity, motor solo run test, current transformer test, phase sequence test,and Hi-Potential test etc.); Preparing and documenting for electrical work report, and procedure; Preparing for the Electrical Circuit & Instrument Loop Folder as per contract agreement and Purchasing & Maintenance of Electrical materials, and equipment. Should be well conversant with Termination & wiring of MV/LV cable and Calibration and maintenance of electrical test equipment. Should posses excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, with a demonstrated ability to present planning and construction information of progress to management and client and the ability to training and development to employees.
Shall be responsible for Developing the schedule, supervising maintenance, and monitoring of electrical & Instrument construction activities; Understanding for electrical construction process, identifying reasons for impact to the project schedule, and presenting the solutions in order to relief from impact; Identifying and track interfaces between subcontractor and client and Demonstrating skill in identifying, analyzing, presentation, and providing innovative & progressive solution to planning and construction process.
11. Commissioning Management System Administrators – 02 Nos.
Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 05 years of experience in executing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for Oil and Gas,Refinery/Gas Processing/Petrochemical. Must possess good technical, communication and supervisory skills; Proactive approach to decision making; Organisational ability in a multi-interface/technically demanding environment knowledge.
Shall be responsible for handling and managing CMS that will be achieved by the use of a transparent system which will be used by contractor and client as database in a commissioning of the project.
12. Commissioning Engineers (Instrument) – 03 Nos.
Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 05 years of experience in executing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for Oil and Gas,Refinery/Gas Processing/Petrochemical. Must possess good technical, communication and supervisory skills; Proactive approach to decision making; Organisational ability in a multi-interface/technically demanding environment knowledge.
Shall be responsible for commissioning of control and instrument; interfaces with construction on system turnover to meet project schedules. Commissions, tests and operates all plant. Provides assistance to the client’s operations and maintenance groups for all systems as placed in service. Must be competent in handling commissioning works and activities.
13. Commissioning Engineers (Mechanical) – 03 Nos.
Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 05 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement , Construction and Commissioning (EPC) works for Oil and Gas,Refinery/Gas Processing/Petrochemical. Must possess good technical, communication and supervisory skills; Proactive approach to decision making; Organisational ability in a multi-interface/technically demanding environment knowledge. Should be well conversant with knowledge and understanding of PFD and P&ID.
Shall be responsible for Commissioning of mechanical works; interfaces with construction on system turnover to meet project schedules; Providing assistance to the client’s operations and maintenance groups for all systems as placed in service and Commissioning, testing and operating all plant. Must be competent in handling commissioning works and other activities.
