Should be capable of developing & maintaining a comprehensive document control system for all project document either in hard copies or electronic records. Shall be responsible for  Planning & implementing material control/warehousing program and techniques; Monitoring and updating records of stocks; Preparing request for quotations and issue purchase requisitions/purchase orders to qualified suppliers; Receiving material deliveries from suppliers with proper accounting and visual inspection; Implementing proper stocking of all materials, tools & equipment material certificates and Documentation of quality reports.

Shall be responsible for Executing works for the erection/ installation of GTG, GT, HRSG, BOP and all related auxiliary plant equipment; Performing mechanical labor works such as equipment setting, assembly, bolt tightening, precision works and testing; Checking & accounting all materials, tools & equipment to use including special tools or jigs and Conducting alignment of rotating equipment, oil flushing, inspection, testing, etc.

12. Riggers – 40 Nos.
Short/vocational certificate/equivalent college study & experience with minimum 05 years of experience in 
rigging during construction of power plants (Oil & Gas or Petroleum) using Crawler/Hydraulic Cranes with capacity of 600 Ton or more. Should knows how to calculate the weight of equipment to ascertain the best way of securing & moving the crane and possess sound knowledge in Scaffolding, Platforms and Tripods. Should be able to speak and understand English Language. Age preference below 40 years.
Shall be responsible for Installing hoisting tackles (shackles and slings) during erection of major plant equipment; Assisting in the erection of GT, GTG, HRSG Modules, Stack, Steam drum, Transformer & other heavy plant equipment; Monitoring proper maintenance of the crane and tackles, inspecting and checking condition regularly; Performing grounding works such as clearing of areas for positioning or moving the crane and Conducting rigging activities during assembly/disassembly of the crane.

with concrete and soils; Experience with feasibility studies, equipment reliability issues and upgrades to improve safety and reliability & Experience in reviewing and checking designs, drawings and data prepared by other engineers is required. Should be well conversant with Hand calculations and state-of-the-art computer tools such as STADD to perform structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete structures, foundations, concrete slabs, structural steel. Familiarity with BS, ACI and IBC codes is required. Technical School Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering with minimum ten (10) years experience in DCS/PLC operation in similar position in Chemical Process Industries. Priority shall be given to those with who have worked as Control Room Operator in Power Plant and/or Desalination Plants in the Kingdom or other Gulf Estates and ability to coordinate and detect operation works with local and auxiliary equipment operators is essential.

B.E. Electrical with minimum of 07 Years experience in electrical distribution related to maintenance of pump / hydro power the work of other operators for least 5 years of his recent operational experience in responsible supervisory position relevant to his job in the field plants & GT generators. Shall be In ‐charge of whole electrical power generation and distribution system and its protection system. Supervise and instruct the distribution system operator to operate the equipments with utmost safety & care and keep the system balanced between incoming & outgoing supply.

10. Control Room Operators – 25 Nos.
Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation with minimum 05 years of work experience. Should have worked for at least 02 years in a modem control room of a process industry with computerized systems. Shall be responsible for operation of the desalination plant through DCS / PLC Control room, maintaining Shift Log Book and assist to Shift Charge Engineers for all other operational activities during the Shift and other related work assigned by his Supervisor.

Three (03) years Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering. with 5 years operation experience in waste water distribution network or other similar type of plants and processes. Shall be responsible for smooth operation of lift station at Network facilities in Community Area and maintaining the study coordination with the Control Desk in case of blockage and pipe breakage.

12. Safety Inspectors -03 Nos.
Three (3) years Diploma Holder in Mech./Civil Engineering plus Diploma in Industrial Safety with minimum 05 years experience in operation / production / process facility specially in Chemical /Industrial Water Utilities or similar. Shall be responsible for supervising & coordinating the work of safety in the Project. Diploma (3 years) in Electrical / Mechanical with minimum 05 years of experience in on‐shore pumping/hydro power plant. Shall be responsible for operating and monitoring chlorination plant, chlorination pump house, fire and potable water systems and rectifiers; Operating Sodium Hypochlorite distribution for continuous dosing or shock dosing as per requirement; Taking hourly readings for different parameters; Reporting and logs any abnormality or defect to the Shift Charge Engineer; Taking emergency action to start emergency fire Pumps in case of failure of main Pumps; Doing flushing and acid cleaning of cell banks with the acid in co‐ordination with Maintenance People.

15. System Inspectors -15 Nos.
Diploma (3 years) in Mechanical /Civil with minimum 05 years of experience in similar job. Shall be responsible for touring the complete length of all canals during his shift; Recording water levels in all canal drainage manholes; Inspecting canal embankments for sign of dampness; Checking the integrity of the security fence and ensuring all gates are locked; Inspecting off take / Return structure for leakage from bulkheads and closed sluice gates; Checking flow meter chambers for leakage; Coordinating between industry and Shift Charge Engineer for isolation or de‐isolation of LIR permits; Reporting any abnormalities or dangerous conditions immediately by radio; Reporting to Shift Charge Engineer at the end of each shift with logbook and log sheets for checking & Checking outstations and reports abnormal conditions.
